Diagnosis

Female flagellum with a 3-segmented clava; antennal scrobes as narrow grooves; frontal suture absent; occipital margin rounded with posterior ocelli situated away from margin; midlobe of mesoscutum with 1 pair of setae; scutellum with 1 pair of setae; with a narrow slit between scutellum and axillae; forewing with submarginal vein with 1 seta.
