Diagnosis
Female flagellum with a strong 3-segmented clava, male antenna without clava; female malar space very narrow, 0.03X as wide as height of eye; antennal scrobes and frontal suture absent; occipital margin sharp with posterior ocelli very close to margin; with a narrow slit between scutellum and axillae; mesoscutum with 3–4 pairs of setae; scutellum with 1 pair of setae; forewing with submarginal vein with 2 setae, with ventral surface just below marginal vein with a setose area, speculum very large and open below.
