Diagnosis
Mouth opening narrower than height of eye (ratio HE/MO= 1.5); marginal vein with a regular row of 10 strong setae along anterior margin; hind coxa with a thin tuft of hair on posterior surface; petiole 1.3X as long as width of base in female, 2.3X in male; first gastral tergite in both sexes with a row of setae (not a tuft) to either side of base of petiole.
