Diagnosis
Mid lobe of mesoscutum with two pair of setae (in the original description five pairs of setae is given in the text but the illustration in the same paper shows two pair); scutellum with 4-6 pairs of setae in two submedian irregular rows; stigmal vein short; propodeum with a wide median carina, carina as wide as long and narrowed medially (as in bimaculatus); first gastral tergite without carinae from basal carina; gastral tergites 2-6 with weak reticulation, shiny.

Parasitoid on Aleurodicus dugesii Cockerell (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) on Hibiscus syriacus (Malvaceae), unidentified Aleyrodidae on Spondias sp. (Anacardiaceae), an Aleyrodidae on Hibiscus
