Diagnosis
Antenna with second funicular segment elongate, 1.4X as long as wide; tergites 2-5 with a smooth and shiny stripe along anterior margin, stripe clearly delimited from median reticulate area; mesoscutum and scutellum with numerous scattered setae; stigmal vein long and narrow; propodeum with a complete median carina, narrow anteriorly and gradually widening towards hind margin of propodeum, posterior part of carina impressed; first gastral tergite with several carinae from basal carina.

Costa Rica, Honduras, Mexico.
Biology
Parasitoid on Ceraleurodicus altissimus (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) on Cassia (Caesalpiniacae) and Inga spuria (Mimosaceae), unidentified aleyrodid (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae).
