Diagnosis
Mesoscutum and scutellum with weaker reticulation than in other species, hence more shiny; midlobe of mesoscutum with one pair of setae, situated anteriorly, scutellum with three pairs of setae; stigmal vein short; first gastral tergite without carinae from basal carina (as in bimaculatus); tergites 2-6 with basal 1/2 smooth and shiny, apical 1/2 with rather strong reticulation.
