Diagnosis

Malar sulcus present; thoracic dorsum moderately convex; scutellum as long as wide; propodeum with a groove along anterior margin and with longitudinal carinae in groove, without anterolateral foveae; forewing speculum open below; propodeum golden-purple between submedian carinae, metallic bluish-green laterad to carinae; propodeal callus with three setae; female petiole 1.4X as long as width of base, anterior part long and narrow (as in setifer), male petiole 2.4X as long as wide, widest in posterior and gradually narrowing off towards anterior edge; female gaster lanceolate.
