Diagnosis
Malar sulcus present; thoracic dorsum moderately convex; scutellum as long as wide; propodeum with a groove along anterior margin and with longitudinal carinae in groove, without anterolateral foveae; forewing speculum open below; propodeum golden-purple between submedian carinae, metallic bluish-green laterad to carinae; propodeal callus with three setae; female petiole 1.4X as long as width of base, anterior part long and narrow (as in setifer), male petiole 2.4X as long as wide, widest in posterior ½ and gradually narrowing off towards anterior edge; female gaster lanceolate.
