Diagnosis
Female flagellum ± flattened and stout, flagellomeres with anterior margin ± straight (i.e. not narrowed off); malar sulcus missing; thoracic dorsum flat; scutellum transverse, 0.8X as long as wide; mesoscutum and scutellum with engraved reticulation; propodeum with two large anterolateral foveas. Similar to carballoi, but differs in having a more slender head (lateral view) and a more slender scape.

Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama, Peru, Saint Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago.
Biology
Parasite in eggs of Agroiconota bivittata Say (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae).
